We’re a gang of strategists, creators and certified always-online people who think good marketing shouldn’t be boring. Our goal is simple: make you stop, watch, share and maybe even screenshot our content, instead of scrolling past like it owes you money.

The Role

Social media changes faster than your group chat’s inside jokes, so the strategy has to keep up. We want someone who lives on the feed, knows a trend before it’s a trend (and before it’s cringe), and can write a brand manifesto and a meme in the same afternoon, with equal swagger.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience:  3+ years running social for multiple brands. You’ve survived the “can we make the logo bigger” feedback and the 11pm “it’s trending, quick!” requests.
2. Your Love Languages:  Decks, Docs, Deep dives and Debates. Bonus points if you win the debates.
3. Your Superpowers: Charming clients, cooking up ideas that make people go “ok, that’s good,” and keeping receipts on who said what online (and who’s beefing with whom).
