The Role

You know creators the way other people know their contacts list: who’s rising, who’s overrated, and who ghosts after the advance. We want someone who can turn that instinct into collabs that feel like a good time, not a paid ad in a trench coat.

Qualifications and Skills

1. The experience: 3+ years running influencer campaigns for multiple brands. You’ve chased a deliverable at 10pm and lived to tell the tale.
2. Your love languages: Sourcing, briefing, negotiating and reporting. You can talk rates, reach and ROI, and spot fake engagement from a mile away.
3. Your superpowers: A black book (or spreadsheet) of creators across niches, and the charm to make brands and creators actually enjoy working together.
